Tina Walter, Owner of Therapevo

I am a Certified Yoga Therapist(C-IAYT) and I hold an advanced certification from an accredited school with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I focus my specialization on cancer.

I provide yoga therapy to cancer patients at three hospitals: UC Health, The Christ Hospital, and St. Elizabeth Healthcare. I also provide private sessions, group sessions for the Cancer Support Community, and virtual sessions!

I have over 10 years experience working with cancer patients and providing inpatient and outpatient yoga therapy. I am a major advocate for cancer support and yoga therapy and often present at speaking engagements and presentations on these subjects. I am also involved in The Society for Integrative Oncology's Yoga Special Interest Group where we work on advancing evidence-based, comprehesive, integrative healthcare to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

My Private Sessions:

My private sessions can offer a calm environment and offer a variety of practices to help people reconnect to their body. Private session are great ways to share and explore feelings and frustrations and to work with individualized fears and traumas specifically. I can work one on one virtually with clients in the comfort of their own home. The privacy of private sessions can help to work through "brain fog" caused by chemotherapy.

"I was about to quit chemotherapy and treatment. This yoga therapy helped me get through it. I can power through it now;
I have the tools now. I can make it through this because of what Tina has given me"

Why Oncology Yoga Therapy?
